Returns

We guarantee all products sold on GenerationCQ.com, and if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Please follow the process below to return a product for a refund. Products must be unused or defective and in good condition with all parts and paperwork included to be returned for a refund.

1. Pack the item in its original packaging and shipping materials.

2. Be sure to include the original packing slip or your receipt.

3. Include a reason for the return.

4. Send your order number to customerservice@generationcq.com using the subject line: RETURN.

5. Drop off the package at a UPS store or UPS drop box.

6. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original order.

If you receive the wrong item in your order or if the item is defective, CQ is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you receive the correct item and it is not defective, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We do not do exchanges, as it is much easier and time-efficient for you to return an item and then place a new order.

We do not accept returned items from retail locations other than GenerationCQ.com. To return an item purchased from another retailer, you must follow the original retail location’s returns and exchanges policy. The returns information on this page only applies to products purchased on GenerationCQ.com.
