Please follow the process below to return a product for a refund. Products must be unused or defective and in good condition with all parts and paperwork included to be returned for a refund.<\/p>\n<p>1. Pack the item in its original packaging and shipping materials.<\/p>\n<p>2. Be sure to include the original packing slip or your receipt.<\/p>\n<p>3. Include a reason for the return.<\/p>\n<p>4. Send your order number to <a href=\"mailtto:customerservice@generationcq.com\" title=\"customerservice@generationcq.com\">customerservice@generationcq.com<\/a> using the subject line: RETURN.<\/p>\n<p>5. Drop off the package at a UPS store or UPS drop box.<\/p>\n<p>6. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original order.<\/p>\n<p>If you receive the wrong item in your order or if the item is defective, CQ is responsible for the return shipping costs.<\/p>\n<p>If you receive the correct item and it is not defective, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.<\/p>\n<p>We do not do exchanges, as it is much easier and time-efficient for you to return an item and then place a new order.<\/p>\n<p>We do not accept returned items from retail locations other than <a href=\"\/\/aaronrbond.com\/projects\/generationCQ\/\">GenerationCQ.com<\/a>. To return an item purchased from another retailer, you must follow the original retail location&#8217;s returns and exchanges policy.
